Besides Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, Toucan Smart Sconce Light does not work with any other home automation devices currently.
(New Purchase Only) Under the manufacturer’s warranty, your product will be replaced for any defective parts or missing accessories free of charge within the 90 days of your purchase (Proof of Purchase is required). You are only responsible for shipping your defective product into our corporate office. If your product has been over 90 days since the date of purchase, you are required for the shipping & handling along with the cost of the repairs.

You are able to share your account with multiple mobile devices and users. All users must sign up with their own account. The primary user can share with up to 10 users via the e-mail address they used to sign up.

No, a monthly subscription is not mandatory. Video retention is 2 hours for basic accounts and 30 days for subscribed accounts. Videos for both account types may be saved to your mobile device and will then be available indefinitely.

The basic service, without any monthly subscription, will store videos on the cloud for 2 hours. To store videos for longer than 2 hours, a subscription is required. There are three subscription plans, which are:

To check if the light is on: “OK/Hey Google, is (name of your light/group) on?"
First, make sure you've successully added the Toucan skill to your Google Home. See "Working with Voice Assistants" section for details.
Control the Toucan Sconce Light by voice via Google Home:
To turn light on/off: "OK/Hey Google, turn on/off (name of your light/group)"
To change the brightness: "OK/Hey Google, dim/brighten (name of your light/group)"
To change the brightness by percentage: "OK/Hey Google, set (name of your light/group) to 60%"
To change the light color: “OK/Hey Google, turn (name of your light/group) to red"
To check if the light is on: “OK/Hey Google, is (name of your light/group) on?"
